This Car Hauling Service Agreement is made and entered into on the date of execution by and between:

The parties agree as follows:

The Company agrees to transport the following vehicle:

Pickup and Drop-Off Information:

Drop-Off Address: 1330 Lucerne Loop Rd, Winter Haven, FL 33881
Payment Terms:
Total $775 ("Payment Amount") for the hauling services. Payment is due as follows:
Deposit Amount: $100
Balance Due Upon Delivery: $675
Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit card or electronic transfer.
1. Scope of Services
Auto Outlet LLC agrees to provide car hauling services for the transportation. This service includes:
1.1. Safe and secure transportation of the Vehicle.
1.2. Full insurance coverage for the Vehicle during transit.
1.3. A-to-Z handling of the transportation process, including loading, unloading, and delivery.
2. Insurance Coverage
2.1. The Service Provider will provide insurance coverage for the Vehicle during transit.
2.2. The Customer must disclose any pre-existing damage to the Vehicle before pickup.
2.3. The insurance does not cover personal belongings left inside the Vehicle.
3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the Vehicle is in operable condition unless otherwise disclosed.
3.2. The Customer must provide accurate and complete information about the Vehicle and delivery/pickup locations.
3.3. The Customer must be present, or have an authorized representative present, for the pickup and delivery of the Vehicle.
4. Liability and Limitations
4.1. The Service Provider is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. The Service Provider’s liability for damages to the Vehicle is limited to the insurance coverage provided during transit.
4.3. The Customer agrees to inspect the Vehicle upon delivery and document any damages before signing the delivery receipt.
5. Termination and Refunds
5.1. This Agreement may be terminated by mutual consent in writing.
5.2. Refunds are not provided unless the Service Provider is unable to perform the agreed-upon services.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Virginia.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
