Car Hauling Services Agreement
Contract Details:
This Car Hauling Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on this ___ day of ________, 20, by and between:
Party A: AutoOutlet LLC, located at AutoOutlet LLC’s Address] (“Service Provider”)
Party B: Jon Denizen, residing at [Jon Denizen’s Address] (“Customer”)
1. Scope of Services
AutoOutlet LLC agrees to provide car hauling services for the transportation of one or more vehicles (“Vehicle”) from Florida (ZIP Code: 1112) to California (ZIP Code: 3345). This service includes:
1.1. Safe and secure transportation of the Vehicle.
1.2. Full insurance coverage for the Vehicle during transit.
1.3. A-to-Z handling of the transportation process, including loading, unloading, and delivery.
2. Service Fee
2.1. The total cost for the service is $200.00 USD (“Service Fee”).
2.2. Payment is required upfront and must be made in full by the Customer upon agreeing to this Agreement via the provided payment button.
3. Insurance Coverage
3.1. The Service Provider will provide insurance coverage for the Vehicle during transit.
3.2. The Customer must disclose any pre-existing damage to the Vehicle prior to pickup.
3.3. The insurance does not cover personal belongings left inside the Vehicle.
4. Pickup and Delivery
4.1. The Service Provider will pick up the Vehicle from a specified location in Florida (ZIP Code: 1112).
4.2. The Vehicle will be delivered to a specified location in California (ZIP Code: 3345).
4.3. Any changes to the pickup or delivery address must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the Vehicle is in operable condition unless otherwise disclosed.
5.2. The Customer must provide accurate and complete information about the Vehicle and delivery/pickup locations.
5.3. The Customer must be present, or have an authorized representative present, for the pickup and delivery of the Vehicle.
6. Payment Terms
6.1. Payment is due in full at the time of agreement and is non-refundable unless the Service Provider fails to perform the agreed-upon service.
6.2. The Customer agrees to make payment via the “Agree to Terms and Payment” button provided.
7. Liability and Limitations
7.1. The Service Provider is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7.2. The Service Provider’s liability for damages to the Vehicle is limited to the insurance coverage provided during transit.
7.3. The Customer agrees to inspect the Vehicle upon delivery and document any damages before signing the delivery receipt.
8. Termination and Refunds
8.1. This Agreement may be terminated by mutual consent in writing.
8.2. Refunds are not provided unless the Service Provider is unable to perform the agreed-upon services.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State].
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
